Dreamings & Comments: "The slight bulge  in the middle of this didg reminded me of the contented bulge of a well fed goanna. Goanna's  are  large monitor lizards, generally  about 1 to 1.5 metres long. 
It reminds me also of their almost sleepy way they wander along. Talking about sleeping; one day while sleeping on the ground  camping by the beach, a goanna thought I was a log and  wandered over  me. He got a start when I stirred.  Then  all sleepiness was gone in both of us, he dashed of and I was left  fully awake. What characters they are!
